You need a professional home seller in these times more than ever. But be on the look out for those infamous cookie cutter real estate agents, and their five P's approach to selling your home.

1.  Pound a for sale sign in the front lawn.

2.  Put the listing into the MLS.

3.  Plan an open house for next Sunday.

4.  Place an ad in the classifieds.

5.  Pray that someone will drop in and buy it.
