FAR        Florida  Association of Realtors®

The voice for real estate in Florida, provides buyer guide lines, legal and marketing programs, great computer help, consumer services, continuing education, research and so much more.

 

NAMB    National Association of Mortgage Brokers

Represents mortgage brokers, provdes education, professional certification and government affairs representation. Members subscribe to a strict code of ethics that fosters integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality with consumers.

FAMB    Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers

FAMB hosts one of the nation’s largest state mortgage convention and tradeshow. The FAMB Foundation provides consumer and continuing education programs, both in the classroom and on-line education.

GRI         Graduate of Realtors® Institute

An expert designation  (requiring   class room work and passing three exams) held by less than 10% of all  Realtors. This forum  educates  the  real estate  professional  to make a commitment to a high level  of  professional  services.  They are   trained in about thirty five areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients.  

REBAC   Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council

This group promotes superior  buyer representation  skills and services, and is the  world's largest  organization of real estate professionals  concentrating on  buyer representation. Agents are required  to do class room work  and pass an  exam to join  this Buyers Agent group. Only a small percentage of real estate agents are active members of this association.   

RAGFMB     Realtors® Association of Greater Ft. Myers and the Beaches

This local  Board of Realtors®  extends real estate marketing to all of Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita, Estero, Leigh High and Lee County.

NABOR        Naples Area Board of Realtors® and  Association of Real Estate Professionals This local  Board of Realtors®  extends real estate marketing to all of Naples, Marco Isle, Everglades City, Bonita, Ave Maria and Collier County.  

SWAMB    Southwest Chapter, Assoc. Mortgage Brokers 

This local  Chapter of Mortgage Brokers extends membership to all of Lee and Collier counties including Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita, Estero, Leigh High, Naples, Marco, and Ave Maria.
