SETTING PRICE 

You may ask, “How do I set a price for my home?” Hello, this is Chris, and the answer is very carefully.

There are a multitude of factors that go into setting the price for your home. Age, size, and condition of your home are probably the first place to start. Is your home relatively new?  What is the square footage, and how much of this is living space?  Is it in good repair? 

How many bedrooms and baths do you have?  What about other rooms: how modern is the kitchen; is there a dining room, a den, a study, a playroom, a home-office room? 

What amenities does your home offer?  A nice lot, a pool, good landscaping; each and every amenity must be factored in.

And, of course – location is a key.  What is the neighborhood like?  What facilities and amenities are in or near the neighborhood?

What are other homes in the neighborhood selling for?  How quickly do they typically sell?
